ETAL Group acquires the operations of Wound Magnetics

 

ETAL Group, through its British subsidiary ETAL (UK) Ltd., has as of the 28th of May 2008 acquired the assets of Wound Magnetics Ltd. (in Administration) and will continue the operations in Wound Magnetics’ current factory in Dundee, Scotland, under the name ETAL (UK) Ltd.

 

ETAL Group is a leading supplier of inductive components for the telecom, automotive, power technology and electronics industries. The Group designs qualified electronic transformers in Finland and Sweden to a world wide market. Manufacturing is carried out in southeast Asia and in Europe. The Group also has its own sales offices in Sweden, Finland, Great Britain and China with a world wide distribution network.
